The Court : On October 24, 2019 a learned Single Judge of this Court sitting in Vacation Bench admitted the plaint filed by the plaintiff by appointing the advocate-on-record of the plaintiff as the Receiver to deposit the deficit court fees within October 30, 2019. On October 24, 2019 the plaintiff also obtained an ex parte ad interim order. The application was made returnable today. However, the plaintiff has not yet paid the deficit court fees.
Accordingly, the interim order passed on October 24, 2019 is vacated. The suit, CS 231 of 2019 is also dismissed.
