Section 2 in Tamil Nadu Rosewood (Conservation) Rules, 1995
2. Definitions.
- In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,-(a)"Act" means the Tamil Nadu Rosewood Trees (Conservation) Act, 1994 (Tamil Nadu Act 1 of 1995);(b)"Form" means a from appended to the rules;(c)"Section" means a section of the Act;(d)words and expressions used and not defined in the Act shall have the meanings, respectively, assigned to them in the Act.
