Section 80(1)(D) in The Maharashtra Zilla Parishads and Panchayat Samitis Act, 1961

(D)[] [Clause (D) was inserted by Maharashtra 6 of 1975, Section 23(d)] the Works Committee shall consist of-

(i)eight Councillors elected by the Zilla Parishad from amongst its Councillors;
