Section 56(2) in U.P. Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2004
(2)The Superintendent of the homes shall encourage active involvement of local community in improving the conditions in the homes, if, the members of the community want to server the institution or want to contribute through their expertise.
