Section 23(2) in The Punjab Security of Land Tenures Rules, 1956
(2)The payment of compensation, under sub-section (4) or Section 18, shall be made either in a lump sum or in six monthly-equated instalments, not exceeding ten, the balance being payable with last instalment.
