10. Amendment of section 58AA.- In section 58AA of the principal Act,-(a) for the words" Company Law Board", wherever they occur, the word" Tribunal" shall be substituted;
(b)in sub- section (3), in the first proviso, for the words" the Board", the words" the Tribunal" shall be substituted.
