(2)The amount of gratuity as determined by Director (Administration) under sub-regulation (1) shall be intimated to the Chief Accounts Officer with the remarks that the amount of gratuity maybe drawn and disbursed by him to the retired employee after adjusting the Commission's dues, if any, referred to in Regulation 65.
