Section 9(1) in The Basumati Private Limited (Acquisition Of Undertaking) Act, 1974
(1)The State Government shall, by notification, appoint such person as it may think fit to be the Commissioner of Payments who shall determine the persons entitled to the amount referred to in section 8 and apportion the same according to the value of the properties and their respective rights therein.
