Section 2(m) in Amended Bye-Laws of the Pradeshik Co-operative Dairy Federation Limited
(m)'Milk Commissioner' means the Milk Commissioner appointed as such by the State Government and includes Milk Commissioner appointed under Section 7 of the Milk Act.
