Section 12(1) in The M.P. Legislative Assembly Ex-Members (Free Transit By Railway) Rules, 1996
(1)The Secretary shall provide an ex-member with an identity card bearing the photograph of the ex-member and signature of the ex-member and signature of the ex-member duly attested by the Secretary.
