7. Method of recruitment.
- (i) Seventy per cent. by direct recruitment through Staff Selection Commission; (ii) twenty per cent. by Limited Departmental Competitive Examination; (iii) ten per cent. by promotion; and failing (i) to (iii) by deputation or absorption.
