Section 3(4)(a) in The Jharkhand Agricultural Produce Markets Rules, 2000

(a)The Election Officer shall cause the delimitation of constituencies specified above, and shall publish the same inviting objection or suggestion for a period of 21 days at the office of the Market Committee and at such other conspicuous place of such constituency, as he deems fit.
