Section 44 in The Andhra Pradesh State Agricultural Council Act, 2020
44. Officers to be public servants -
The members of the Council and other officers and employees appointed under this Act shall be deemed to be the public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code,1860 (Central Act No.45 of 1860).
