Section 62(1) in The Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2012
(1)Every LLP liquidator or Liquidator shall file, deliver or make any report, statement of accounts or other document, or give any notice which is required to be filed, delivered or made or given, as the case may be, pursuant to any rule, within the time specified in such rule.
