Section 50(2) in Rajasthan Muslim Wakf Regulations, 1964
(2)An employee who is detained in custody, on a criminal charge or otherwise, for a period longer than 48 hours shall be deemed to have been suspended by the appointing authority under this regulation. An order of suspension may be revoked at any time by the authority making the order or by any authority to which it is subordinate, provided that no employee shall be kept under suspension for more than six months. The appointing authority must complete enquiry within this period of six months.
