State of Tamilnadu - Subsection

Section 26(9)(a) in Alagappa University Act, 1985

(a)shall have pursued an approved course of study in University college or laboratory [or an affiliated colleges or approved college] [Inserted by Tamil Nadu Universities Laws (Amendment) Act, 2002 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 2002] or have been exempted therefrom in the manner prescribed and shall have passed the prescribed examinations of the University;
