Section 12(1) in The West Bengal Housing Board Act, 1972
(1)The Board shall have a Housing Commissioner, who shall be the Chief Executive [* * * * *] [Words 'and one or more Assistant Housing Commissioners,' omitted by W.B. Act 35 of 1980.] and such other officers and employees as the Board may consider necessary for the efficient performance of its functions.
