The appeal has been made to stay the order of the District Forum in C.P.Case No.6(S) of 1994. Shri Newyear Kit Khonglah appeared on his behalf. A copy of the appeal petition is furnished to Shri New Year Khonglah to file a counter affidavit if any within a period of one month. The order dated 15/10/1994 of the District Forum is hereby stayed. Tis is a fit case for a compromise. Both the parties are adviced to settle the matter among themselves, and let them inform the Commission before 15/01/1995. The case will be fixed for hearing after 15/011995 with proper notice.
