Section 23(8) in The Rajasthan Sales Tax Act, 1994
(8)No dealer shall be required to furnish additional security under sub-section (4) and no order of forfeiture of the whole or any part of the security shall be passed against him under subsection (6) unless he has been given an opportunity of being heard.
