Section 4(a) in Tamil Nadu Homeopathy System of Medicine and Practitioners of Homeopathy Act, 1971

(a)

(i)six members elected from among themselves by registered practitioners who possess any of the qualifications specified in the Schedule; and

(ii)three members elected from among themselves by practitioners registered under clauses (b) and (c) of sub-section (1) of section 15;
