(1)If the Government is satisfied that the purposes, for which the Board was established under this Act have been substantially achieved, or that the Board is unable to achieve such purposes, and if the continued existence of the Board is, in the opinion of the Government, unnecessary, the Government may, by notification, dissolve the Board with effect from such date as may be specified in the notification and the Board shall stand dissolved accordingly.
