Section 11(b) in Kumaun and Uttarakhand Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1960
(b)to enter upon any khaikari land acquired under the provisions of this Chapter and make a survey or take measurement thereof or do any other act which he considers necessary for carrying out the purposes of this Act;
