H GAJAKOSH 1. Despite several notices that mentioning should be only for GAJAKOSH Date:

2024.02.09 14:16:31 +0530 immediate urgent production that very day and that there is no need to mention matters for circulation or a listing on some other day, parties persist in mentioning for a date. Even worse, for this Bench there is already a system in place by which auto-listing is assured within four days of a Petition being finally numbered. A notice is also available in the well of the Court placed at conspicuous places in print for the convenience of Advocates.

2. There is no urgency. This is simply an attempt to gain a priority listing. Other litigants and advocates are waiting their turn. We are taking up matters serially. The application is refused.
