Section 27(3) in The Inland Steam Vessels (Madhya Pradesh) Rules, 1962
(3)He shall either have served one year, at sea and one year as second master or Chief Helmsman on an inland vessel, of not less than 30 nominal horse power, the last one year of which shall have been as Second Master or Chief Helmsman.
