362. Prohibition against unauthorised dealings with public place or materials.
- No person shall, without authority in that behalf, remove earth, sand or other material or deposit any matter or make any encroachment from, in or on any land vested in the municipal council, or river, estuary, canal, backwater or watercourse (not being private property) or in any way obstruct the same.[State Government's] [The words 'Provincial Government' were substitute for the words 'Local Government' by the Adaptation Order of 1937 and the word 'State' was substituted for 'Provincial' by the Adaptation Order of 1950.] Power of Delegation
