Section 25(1) in The Jammu and Kashmir Ayurvedic and Unani Practitioners Act, 1959
(1)The Registrar shall in every year, on or before a date to be fixed by the Board, cause to be printed and published a correct list of the names and qualifications of the practitioners for the time being entered in the Register and the dates when such qualifications were acquired.
