Section 20(1) in U.P. Building And Other Construction Workers (Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Rules, 2009
(1)The State Advisory Committee shall meet at such places and at such times as may be decided by the chairperson of such Committee and it shall meet at least once in six months or as and when any matter is referred to it by the State Government for advice.
