Section 272(1) in The Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2012
(1)Where the Liquidator is of opinion that the employment of any special or additional staff is necessary in any liquidation, he shall apply to the Tribunal for sanction, and the Tribunal may sanction such staff as it thinks fit on such salaries and allowances as to the Tribunal may seem appropriate.
