14. Voluntary contributions.
- The Director may receive voluntary contributions towards the cost of maintaining a protected monument and may give such general or special directions as he considers necessary for the management and application of the contribution so received by him.Provided that no contribution received under section shall be applied to any purpose other than the purpose for which it was contributed.
