Although this intra-court appeal is filed against the order of the learned Single Judge dated 22.04.2015 but during the course of hearing, counsel for the appellant has informed the Court that the grievance of the appellant has already been looked into by a committee appointed by the Director of the National Institute of Pharmaceutical & Educational Research (for short, "NIPER") but the recommendation of the committee has not yet been implemented.
Counsel for the NIPER has stated at the bar that the decision in regard to implementation would be taken expeditiously, preferably within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
In view thereof, the present appeal is hereby disposed of.
