Section 5(3) in The Gujarat Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1969
(3)Any person nominated or elected under sub-section (1) to fill a vacancy shall, notwithstanding anything contained to Section 4, hold office only so long as the person in whose place he is nominated or elected would have held office, had the vacancy not occurred.
