Section 5 in Punjab Boiler Operation Engineers' Rules, 2001
5. Production of a Certificate.
- The holder of a certificate under these rules shall, at all reasonable times, during the period any boiler is in his charge, be bound to produce such certificate when called upon to do so any of the persons empowered under section 15 to call for the production of the certificate or provisional order authorising the use of the boiler.
