(2)In the event of breach, the Chancellor shall be entitled at all time toimmediately take remedial action by reversing all decisions taken by any functionaryor body of the University in breach of the provisions of the Act and consequent uponthe pursuit of such a remedial action all such actions taken by the functionary orbody of the University in breach of the provisions of the Act shall be deemed to be nulland void, ab-initio and consequently the status quo ante shall prevail in respect of thematter or decision in breach.
