376. Provision for lighting of private street by Corporation on application of owners.
- The Commissioner, on the application of the owners of a private street, may enter into arrangements for the lighting of such street on such terms as may be agreed upon between him and such owners and shall thereafter in respect of such street have all the powers conferred by section 375.
