Section 10(ii) in Rules for the Biju Pattnaik Award for outstanding performance in promotion of Sports and Games
(ii)In the event of annulment/cancellation/withdrawal of the awards a simple Notification by the Sports a Youth Services Department to that effect will be deemed proper and sufficient. In such case the awardees would be compelled to refund the cash and other honours given in form of the awards.
