1 Since, it is a matter under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act (N.I.Act) and respondent no. 2 is a complainant, we permit the petitioner to take dasti notice for service on respondent no. 2.

Upon steps being taken, the Registry will hand over notices fixing for listing the matter on 5 th March, 2024.
