1. The counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner suffered injuries on 01.12.2013 at about 01:30 P.M along with another child namely, Master Sheikh Mansoor Alam @ Murslin when the wall of the garbage house, which was under construction, collapsed suddenly and the petitioner along with another boy came under the debris of the wall and got serious injuries.
2. The petitioner by way of this application is seeking constitution of a medical board at Guru Teg Bahadur by the Chief Medical Officer to ascertain the extent of the disability of the petitioner and thereafter to submit a report to this court.
3. After considering all facts, the Chief Medical Officer of Guru Teg Bahadur Hospital, Dilshad Garden is directed to constitute a medical board to ascertain the degree and extent of the disability alleged to have been This is a digitally signed order.
