Section 12(1) in Himachal Pradesh State Commission For Women Act, 1996
(1)The Commission may, for the purpose of conducting investigations under this Act utilise the services of,-(a)any officer or investigation agency of the State or the Central Government with the concurrence of that Government ; or(b)any other person.
