Section 42(1) in The Telangana Panchayat Raj (Conduct of Elections) Rules, 2018
(1)The provisions of Rule 41 shall not apply to any person who produces at the polling station an election duty certificate issued by Returning Officer and seeks permission to cast his vote at that polling station although the polling station is different from the one where he is entitled to vote.
