Section 80(1) in Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act, 1994
(1)The State Government shall fix the strength of each category of posts other than those referred to in Section 79 which it may consider necessary for each Panchayat Samiti and shall prescribe the scales of pay and allowances and other conditions of service of the persons appointed to such posts.
