Section 383 in Rajasthan Land Revenue (Land Records) Rules, 1957
383. Patwaris miscellaneous Receipts.
- Receipts credited to this head consists of (i) fees and fines of the Patwari School, (ii) Scale proceeds of Patwaris waste paper, and (iii) other miscellaneous receipts. The inspecting officer has to satisfy himself that all such receipts are duly credited into the treasury and that prompt action is taken for the realisation of outstanding dues, if any.
