Section 39 in Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (Lloyd's India) Regulations, 2016
39. Manner of payment of fee.
- The annual fee shall be paid into the account of Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India. The annual fee shall be remitted by a bank draft issued by any scheduled bank payable at Hyderabad or by any recognised electronic funds transfer mode.
