Section 3 in Gorkhaland Territorial Administration Act, 2011

3. Gorkhaland Territorial Administration.

(1)There shall be a Gorkhaland Territorial Administration comprising the region as specified in the district of Darjeeling.
(2)The Gorkhaland Territorial Administration shall be constituted in the manner provided in this Chapter and shall exercise such powers and perform such functions as are provided in Chapter II.
