Section 20 in The Orissa Secretariat Service Rules, 1980
20. Repeal and saving.
- The Orissa Secretariat Services, 1958 as amended from time to time shall stand repealed with effect from the date these rules come into force :Provided that any order made or action taken under the rules so repealed shall be deemed to have been made or taken under the provisions of these rules.
