1. Mr. Yawalkar, the learned AGP, on instructions, submits that, the proposal has been moved to the Government for regular appointment of the public prosecutors through MPSC. The said proposal is moved in December - 2018.
2. If selection process to appoint regular public prosecutors is conducted, the petitioners may participate in the same as per their eligibility without prejudice to their rights.
3. At request of the learned AGP, stand over to 28.01.2020.
Interim orders passed earlier to continue till then.
