Section 7(1) in The Chhattisgarh Private Universities (Establishment and Operation) Act, 2005
(1)It shall establish :-(a)the main campus, off-campus centres and study centres within the State;(b)an endowment fund in accordance with the provisions of Section 11 of the Act.
