Section 28(i) in Rules of Contributory Provident Fund-Insurance-Pension Scheme (The Triple Benefit Scheme) for the Employees Serving in State Aided Educational Institutions run by Local Bodies or Private Managements
(i)The pension/family pension found admissible may be sanctioned by the Controlling Authority after necessary verification and exercising all checks and the Pension Payment Order issued in favour of the person concerned.
