411. Prohibition of obstruction to municipal contractors.
- No person shall obstruct or molest any person with whom the Commissioner has entered into a contract in the performance or execution of his duly, or of anything which he is empowered or required to do by virtue or in consequence of this Act or any rule or bye-law made thereunder.
