Section 25(2)(d) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Rules, 1975

(d)If the admission of any candidate for examination is cancelled by the Board on the ground specified vide rule 23, the full amount of fees paid by such candidate shall be refunded after deducting 25% of the amount against process fees provided the application for such refund is made to the Secretary within three months from the commencement of examination.
