Section 79A(6) in The Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation Act, 1956
(6)A person shall be deemed to have had due notice of an enquiry or order under this section if notice thereof has been given in accordance with the provisions of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 (20 of 1959).
